“The only conscious idea I had while creating this drawing was that I wanted to evoke the atmosphere of 1950s films and movie posters. Everything else came from the subconscious; the owl is a nocturnal bird of prey, and although we consider it a symbol of wisdom, it has been proven to be one of the least intelligent birds.”
