Nina Bekeniova

She is a student at the Academy of Fine Arts in Zagreb, majoring in graphic design, in her final year. She was born in 1999 in Bratislava, Slovakia, and moved to Croatia ten years ago, where she began her artistic education and development of her own style. For her, artistic work is a process that requires dedication, discipline, continuity, and a daily search for new ideas. In her work, she tends to experiment and explore different approaches and media, which has resulted in the development of multiple ways of expression. She finds inspiration in her everyday life, and through her work she often plays with textures to evoke a certain atmosphere, mood, or inner feeling that inspired her at a given moment. She has participated in several group exhibitions and various projects, including painting murals and creating illustrations. She also exhibited at last year's Erste Fragments in Lauba program.
