Matej Vuković (graduated in sculpture in 2021 at the Academy of Fine Arts in the class of Professor Petar Barišić) expresses himself through combining a wide variety of materials such as Styrofoam, plaster, paper, cement and wood, but also industrial materials such as water pipes. From all of the above, Vuković creates abstract sculptures encompassing the entire range of fullness of smoothed form: from those bubbly, cloud-like to elongated, seemingly "deflated" forms in which tubular shapes gain momentum towards height.
