Worms presents abstract forms interacting with one another, combining geometric shapes with more organic and fluid forms. Unlike some of the other works in the series, the forms here are somewhat more recognisable and, in combination, resemble hybrid animal-human figures, creating a strange yet playful world.

The contrast between the dark background and the lighter, vivid colours evokes associations with glowing worms, gummy worm candies, neon signs, and the visual language of retro video games. Through this combination of unusual forms, colours, and references, Worms invites a return to childhood — a world where play, imagination, and finding something magical or unexpected in ordinary things were a natural part of experience.
